This year, the Winter Leadership Conferences (WLC) will be virtual and there will be no cost to participate. All NJEA members are eligible to attend a WLC where 18 advocacy workshops will be offered.

There will be three conferences throughout the winter months. The conferences, which will offer the same workshops, will be one-day training opportunities with four hours of training. This year the conferences will not be geographically based since travel is not required. Therefore, members will be able to register for a conference that best fits their schedule. Registration deadlines will differ for each conference and no registrations will be accepted after these deadlines have passed.

The dates and registration deadlines for the conferences are:

  • WLC I – Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021 (deadline is Jan. 20, 2021)
  • WLC II – Saturday, Feb.. 20, 2021 (deadline is Feb. 10, 2021)
  • WLC III – Saturday, March 6, 2021 (deadline is Feb. 24, 2021)

To register, you will need your NJEA PIN, which can be found on the front of your membership card.
