The MTEA Endorses the Champions for Students Slate
After much deliberation, the MTEA Endorsement Committee has decided to endorse Christina Harris, Cookie Franco-Herman, and Zelda Spence Wallace, as candidates for the Board of Education. They are all currently serving as Board members and are running on the same slate – Champions for Students. The endorsement committee’s goal was to identify candidates who we come to recognize as strong advocates for the students and educators of this township. In the committee’s mind, it was the clear choice to support Christina Harris, Cookie Franco-Herman, and Zelda Spence Wallace as the candidates for the upcoming Board of Education election.
