The CCW series is an exploration of six forms of “cultural capital” that examines the talents, strengths and experiences that our Black, Indigenous and People of Color bring into in educational spaces. This value-added framework helps us to challenge deficit-thinking and implicit bias as we create more inclusive and equitable spaces in our public schools.
